Job summary

The role requires 1-2 years of relevant Sales Operations experience and a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Sales/Marketing or business-related field, with strong MS Office skills and a clear understanding of sales processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant Sales Operations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to understand the business dynamics and processes.
• Capacity to understand all sales functions (CCSD, Customer, Field sales).
• Demonstrated command on MS Office (Excel, Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Timely collection and planning of orders & coordination for payments from all regions/Distributors in line with objectives.
• Prepare timely sales reports and analysis. Maintain Sales history of concerned regions/zone and distributors.
• Monthly reconciliation of sales data with region/zon al reports.
• Effective coordination with all regions/Distributors for timely submission of claims, their settlement & clearance certificates as per SOP.
• Timely circulation of TTS budget and trade promotions to sales team. Compilation of TTS spending, its evaluation and reporting.
• Help Sales team on reporting sales analysis, RSF, Sales volume shares, bottom up as per the business needs.
• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
• Ensure continuous improvement using the NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) methodology
