Job summary

Motive seeks a Role Readiness Specialist to deliver engaging training for frontline sales teams and support onboarding cohorts. You will create and curate enablement content, coach new hires on sales strategy, and coordinate learning initiatives with cross-functional partners.

Ideal candidates bring experience in onboarding programs, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to drive curriculum relevance across ramp periods, including content like slides, videos, and eLearning experiences.

Qualifications

Experience delivering training to sales staff and onboarding cohorts.
Ability to develop and curate enablement content.
Coordinate onboarding programs with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with engaging facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver training to entry to mid-level frontline Sales staff.
Support multiple onboarding classes from onboarding through ramp.
Coach on sales strategy and process adherence as new hires advance.
Create and source enablement content: slides, videos, templates, scripts, and guides.
Schedule training sessions and coordinate with stakeholders on rollout plans.
