Job summary

Motive seeks a Role Readiness Specialist to deliver onboarding training for frontline Sales staff and help new team members navigate their onboarding journey. This role supports multiple classes from onboarding through ramp, coaching on sales strategy and process adherence, and creates engaging enablement content.

You will schedule training sessions, develop slides, videos, and eLearning materials, and work with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager to keep the curriculum relevant and effective

Qualifications

• Experience delivering onboarding training to frontline sales staff
• Experience developing and maintaining onboarding programs that deliver value from offer to ramp
• Ability to create engaging enablement content across multiple formats

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding training to entry to mid-level frontline sales staff
• Support multiple classes from onboarding through ramp period
• Coach new hires on sales strategy and process adherence
• Create exercises and activities to enhance learning
• Source and/or create Enablement content (slides, videos, templates, talking points, role plays, guides)
• Schedule training sessions
• Collaborate with Sales Onboarding Program Manager to launch new onboarding initiatives
