Job summary

Spearlogics Solutions LLC in Lahore is seeking a results-driven sales development professional to generate and qualify new business opportunities. You will conduct outbound prospecting across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software and managed IT services, researching target accounts and scheduling discovery meetings for the sales team.

Excellent spoken and written English, CRM proficiency and experience in B2B technology sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales development or a comparable outbound role.
• Strong spoken and written English with professional phone and email communication.
• Demonstrated ability to research prospects, handle objections and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts, industries and decision-makers using prospecting tools.
• Run structured outbound sequences through phone, email and LinkedIn to generate qualified conversations.
• Identify customer pain points, qualify fit, urgency and buying intent, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead, activity and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Partner with Sales Executives to refine messaging and prioritize accounts.
• Meet agreed targets for outreach activity, qualified meetings and sales pipeline contributions.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities for Spearlogics across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software and managed IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Research target accounts, industries and decision-makers using professional prospecting tools and public business information.
• Run structured outbound sequences through phone, email and LinkedIn to generate qualified conversations.
• Identify customer pain points, qualify fit, urgency and buying intent, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead, activity, follow-up and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Partner with Sales Executives to refine messaging, prioritize accounts and improve conversion rates.
• Meet agreed targets for outreach activity, qualified meetings and sales pipeline contribution.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, telesales, lead generation or a comparable outbound role.
• Strong spoken and written English with professional phone and email communication.
• Demonstrated ability to research prospects, handle objections and consistently follow up.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, spreadsheets, LinkedIn and prospecting platforms.
• Experience selling B2B technology products or services is strongly preferred.
