WorkAura is seeking a motivated sales and marketing assistant in Karachi to support growth across sales, marketing and admin tasks. You will engage with prospects, respond to inquiries, and help showcase our offerings to potential clients.

The role requires strong communication in English and Urdu, plus basic content creation and social media familiarity. You will work closely with the Manager to move deals forward, schedule visits, and keep our CRM up to date.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years in sales, marketing or customer-facing roles.
• Strong English and Urdu verbal and written skills.
• Presentable, proactive and comfortable meeting clients.
• Basic content creation and social media familiarity.
• Proficient with MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Willing to work across sales, marketing and admin tasks.

Aufgaben

• Generate new sales leads through outreach and referrals.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via calls, email, WhatsApp.
• Schedule office tours, site visits, and client meetings.
• Prepare tailored proposals and pricing for clients.
• Follow up on proposals and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with the Manager to close deals and onboard clients.
• Maintain an organized CRM with leads and deal status.
