Job summary

WorkAura is seeking a motivated sales and marketing assistant in Karachi to support growth across sales, marketing and admin tasks. You will engage with prospects, respond to inquiries, and help showcase our offerings to potential clients.

The role requires strong communication in English and Urdu, plus basic content creation and social media familiarity. You will work closely with the Manager to move deals forward, schedule visits, and keep our CRM up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate new sales leads through outreach, referrals, online channels, and market research.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via calls, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Schedule and conduct office tours / site visits and client meetings.
• Prepare and share tailored proposals and pricing based on client requirements.
• Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and support agreement finalization.
• Coordinate with the Manager to close deals and ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain an organized pipeline/CRM of leads, meetings, and deal status.

Marketing & Community

• Create and schedule regular content for WorkAura's social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Take photos/short videos of the office, events, and member activity for use in marketing.
• Plan and help execute community engagement events and activations for members.
• Support brand visibility efforts and help maintain consistent posting frequency.
• Gather member feedback and testimonials to support marketing and referrals.

Administration & Support

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Support facility/front-desk coordination as needed.
• Help maintain internal trackers, reports, and files for management.
• Take on miscellaneous operational tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Comfortable with basic content creation and social media platforms.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Presentable, proactive, and comfortable meeting clients face-to-face.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, comfort using smartphone camera for content.
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks and work across sales, marketing, and admin functions.
• Strong ability to learn quickly, self-train on new tools/tasks, and adapt across different types of work.
