Digi Desire in Lahore seeks experienced Sales Closers to convert warm, live-transferred calls into paid SEO and GMB customers. You do not cold-call; agents open the conversation and warm-transfer prospects to you to close the sale on the call.

Qualifications

• Proven experience closing outbound or inbound sales, preferably to US customers.
• Excellent spoken English with a confident, American-friendly tone.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with night shifts and the discipline to be on time, every day.
• Basic CRM and VoIP dialer experience.

Responsabilités

• Take live, warm-transferred calls and run the full sales conversation from first hello to contract.
• Present SEO and GMB packages clearly and close the deal on the call for local US business owners.
• Handle objections on price, trust, timing and results with confidence and honesty.
• Secure payment and confirm post-payment sales (money received, not just promised).
• Log every call, outcome and next step in the CRM and dialer; maintain a pipeline.
• Join daily huddles and metrics reviews and follow company scripts and compliance standards.
• Provide agents quick feedback on lead quality and handoffs to improve conversions.

Digi Desire is a Lahore-based digital marketing agency. We run high-energy outbound sales campaigns in SEO, Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization, web development and AI automation. Our floor is fast, target-driven and built for people who want to earn based on what they close.

The Role

We are hiring experienced Sales Closers to take warm, live-transferred calls from our outbound agents and turn them into paid SEO and GMB customers. You do not cold call, our agents open the conversation, qualify the prospect and warm-transfer them to you. Your job is to close the sale.

What You Will Do

• Take live, warm-transferred calls from our agents and run the full sales conversation from first hello to contract.
• Present our SEO and GMB packages clearly, show the value to local US business owners and close the deal on the call.
• Handle objections on price, trust, timing and results with confidence and honesty.
• Secure payment and confirm post-payment sales (money received, not just promised).
• Follow up with pending prospects the same day and keep a documented pipeline.
• Log every call, outcome and next step accurately in the CRM and dialer.
• Give agents quick feedback on lead quality and call handoffs so the team converts more.
• Join daily huddles and metrics reviews, and follow the Company's scripts, rules and compliance standards.

What We Are Looking For

Must have

• Proven experience closing outbound or inbound sales, preferably to US customers (digital marketing, SEO, GMB or other B2B services preferred).
• Excellent spoken English with a confident, clear, persuasive American-friendly tone.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills and a results-first mindset.
• Comfort with night shifts and the discipline to be on time, every day.
• Basic CRM and VoIP dialer experience, and a reliable work ethic.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of local SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Maps ranking and reviews.
• Experience handling live transfers and warm-transfer workflows.
• Experience as a team lead or mentor for junior agents.
