Role Description

The Sales Closer will focus on converting qualified leads into long-term clients for NexSoft AI’s digital services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Johar Town Lahore Pakistan and involves managing the end-to-end closing process, from initial discovery calls to final agreement, Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, clarifying client needs, tailoring service proposals, negotiating terms, and securing deal closure. The Sales Closer will maintain accurate records in the CRM, collaborate with managamenr to ensure smooth handoffs, and follow up with prospective clients to move opportunities through the pipeline. The role also requires staying informed about NexSoft AI’s service offerings and market trends to confidently address client questions and objections.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct persuasive presentations, manage negotiations, and maintain clear client correspondence.
• Candidates should possess Closings and Deal Closure skills to move qualified leads through the sales pipeline and consistently secure signed agreements.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to build trust, address concerns promptly, and provide a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in B2B sales, preferably within digital marketing, software, or agency environments.
