Job summary

ITEK Global Group is seeking a sharp, persuasive Sales Closer for its Toronto-based operations, with Pakistan-based evening/night shifts. The role focuses on converting inquiries into bookings and deposits across services, using WhatsApp, text, Instagram, email and calls.

You will handle price objections, qualify leads, and coordinate with internal teams to close sales. Strong English, sales experience, and the ability to manage multiple conversations in parallel are essential.

Job description

We are a Toronto-based group of businesses looking for a sharp, persuasive and commercially minded Sales Closer.

You will handle customer inquiries across different service businesses and convert qualified prospects into paid customers.

Most conversations will happen through WhatsApp, text, Instagram, email and phone calls.

This is not a customer-support position.

Your responsibility is to move conversations toward a clear buying decision, booking or payment.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to new customer inquiries

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding pricing, availability and delivery

Who We’re Looking For

You should be:

• Experienced in sales, closing or telesales
• Excellent in spoken and written English
• Highly persuasive through WhatsApp and text
• Confident speaking with customers on calls
• Comfortable discussing price and asking for the sale
• Fast-thinking and able to adapt during conversations
• Persistent without sounding robotic, desperate or aggressive
• Emotionally intelligent and able to understand different buyer personalities
• Organized enough to manage many conversations simultaneously
• Comfortable using CRM systems, ChatGPT and modern AI tools
• Personally accountable for sales results

Experience selling services, hospitality, catering, events, real estate, insurance, technology, luxury services or other consultative products is an advantage.

How Performance Will Be Measured

We are not looking for someone who simply answers messages.

We are looking for someone who can take control of a sales conversation and close business.

Compensation

Competitive base salary + commission and performance incentives

Strong performers will have opportunities to take on greater responsibility as our sales operation expands.

Canadian customer-hour availability is required, meaning evening or night working hours in Pakistan.
