Job summary

Software Finder is seeking an ambitious Outbound Sales Executive in Lahore to drive new business for our B2B SaaS marketplace. You will reach out to potential customers, present our software solutions, and build relationships to create qualified opportunities through calls, emails, and SMS.

The role requires 1–2 years in cold calling or SaaS sales, strong English communication, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, SaaS sales or B2B sales.
• Exceptional English communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred).
• Proven experience engaging clients through active listening and needs-based conversations.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and SMS.
• Engage with prospects and understand their business requirements.
• Present software solutions and communicate their value.
• Generate, qualify sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads using CRM tools.
