Job summary

Mountainise is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting for US enterprise clients from Lahore. You will own lead generation, booking qualified discovery meetings, and maintain clean CRM data.

Must have 2+ years in outbound sales, be highly target-driven, and adept with AI-assisted outreach. Expect a quota-focused, high-velocity environment with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hardcore sales development or outbound prospecting experience targeting the US market.
• Proven track record of achieving quota and targets.
• Experience using multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, Upwork, RFP bids).
• Experience with AI agents and sales automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of outbound prospecting to generate new leads and book discovery meetings for the closing team.
• Execute high-volume, multi-touch campaigns across LinkedIn, email, phone, and Upwork.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to qualify leads using the BANT framework.
