Job summary

tezway is hiring a B2B SaaS Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, Pakistan. You will identify prospective business clients, demonstrate tezway's platform, and close paying subscriptions.

The role emphasizes independent prospecting, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to meet monthly targets. Compensation includes PKR 35,000–55,000 monthly salary plus 25% commission on the first sale and 15% on subsequent sales.

Qualifications

• 1 year of B2B sales experience or proven record of closing 10+ sales.
• Experience in SaaS, CRM, or software sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to independently generate opportunities and convert them into paying customers.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales techniques.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Find and acquire business clients through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Identify businesses that could benefit from tezway.
• Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the platform's business value.
• Manage negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
