Job summary

Prestige OSS LLC is seeking a Business Development Representative to prospect via phone and email, qualify leads, and support the sales team in building a robust pipeline of opportunities.

You will identify incremental sales, log activity in CRM, and convey key findings to marketing to refine campaigns. The role targets around 75 calls daily and requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads.
• Prospect SMB accounts to identify incremental sales.
• Create opportunities for incremental sales in CRM and move deals to closure.
• Navigate conversations to uncover business needs and position solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity logs (calls, notes, emails).
• Summarize key findings from calls to inform marketing communications.
• Handle ~75 calls per day; perform additional duties as assigned.
