Job summary

Nord Assist is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify potential clients through multi-channel outreach. You will conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build a robust sales pipeline and schedule qualified meetings for the team.

The role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who excel at relationship-building, objection handling, and working remotely.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English for multi-channel outreach.
• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Navigator and online prospecting.
• Strong research and lead qualification abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and other platforms.
• Build targeted prospect lists based on ICPs.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce services and generate interest.
• Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn requests/messages.
• Qualify leads based on needs and decision-making authority.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain CRM with outreach activities and follow-ups.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.
• Continuously optimize prospecting messaging.
