Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Data Analyst for the Quick Commerce & Partnerships Analytics team across 16 markets. You will perform deep-dive analyses, maintain data consistency, and provide strategic insights to guide quick commerce levers like dark store expansion, assortment changes, and delivery-fee adjustments.

You will build measurement frameworks, develop SQL models, and create dashboards to support decision-making for operators and leaders, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Overall 2-4 years of experience in data analytics.
• 2+ years of proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau). Familiarity with dbt is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to present findings clearly.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Solid background in statistical analysis and data modeling is an advantage.
• Interest in AI solutions and their applications in analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Quick Commerce Analysis: measure impact and advise on investments (dark stores, assortments, fees, discounts).
• Data Modeling & Measurement: build frameworks; develop SQL models using BigQuery, Excel, dbt.
• Strategic Reporting & Visualization: create dashboards in Looker/Tableau and AI-enabled insights tools.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership: align with quick commerce, ops, and supply chain teams.
• Data Quality & Tracking: monitor data quality and QA across metrics.
• AI-Driven Analytics & Automation: explore AI tools and root-cause agents to scale analytics.
