Job summary

People in Islamabad, Pakistan is seeking an experienced RF Optimisation Engineer to support large-scale mobile network operations. The role focuses on RF optimisation across GSM, UMTS and LTE (VoLTE), KPI improvement, and network stability.

You will use ENM MO Shell, BO/BI tools, and analytical methods to enhance coverage, capacity, and performance. The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of RF optimisation experience with strong Ericsson parameter knowledge and proficiency in network analysis tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in RF optimisation.
Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters, KPI formulas, and network functionalities.
Excellent understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) technologies.
Proficient in network analysis and optimisation tools.

Responsibilities

Analyse and resolve network issues to improve KPIs and ensure network stability.
Perform RF optimisation for GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) networks.
Conduct event-based network optimisation and performance assurance.
Utilise BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM tools for analysis and reporting.
Implement action plans to enhance coverage, capacity, and overall network quality.
