Job summary

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is recruiting on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA). The role focuses on end-to-end billing, invoicing, and revenue management to support NAFSA's regulatory and modernization initiatives.

The successful candidate will handle fee assessments, reconciliations, and monthly closing activities, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness in a dynamic enforcement environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant revenue/collections experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end billing, invoicing, and collection processes for NAFSA service fees and receipts.
• Prepare invoices/bills and maintain billing trackers with accurate fee computation and documentation.
• Maintain revenue registers and supporting schedules for invoices, receipts, adjustments, and aging/tracking.
• Reconcile receipts with bank deposits and inspection/permit transactions; prepare reconciliations.
• Coordinate with operational units to obtain fee inputs and validate transaction data.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and escalate overdue cases as needed.
• Support month-end close for revenue with schedules, aging reports, and documentation.
• Maintain audit trails for revenue activities and support audits.
• Support periodic revenue performance reports and dashboards for management.
