Job summary

Servis Group in Lahore seeks an experienced Apparel Merchandising professional to develop seasonal assortments, manage category mix, SKU architecture, size ratios, and color depth in line with brand strategy and customer demand.

You will analyze sales, inventory, and margin performance to drive category growth, prepare forecasts and inventory plans, monitor trends and competitors, and coordinate with Design, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, fashion design, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Apparel Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Category Management, or Buying.
• Proficient in data analysis, trend forecasting, and category performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal assortments and manage category mix, SKU architecture, size ratios, and color depth in line with brand strategy and customer demand.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and margin performance to drive category growth and profitability.
• Prepare merchandising reports, forecasts, and inventory plans to support business decisions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with Design, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Manage pricing, promotions, and markdowns to maximize sales and margins.
• Oversee inventory allocation and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Leverage merchandising tools and analytics to generate insights and support strategic planning.
