Job summary

Bin Taj Traders, an electrical and electronic manufacturing company in Lahore, is seeking a Store Keeper to maintain accurate inventory records, support warehouse operations, and ensure materials are available for manufacturing and dispatch. This role involves receiving and inspecting materials, managing stock, and coordinating with production and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate will have practical storekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Practical storekeeping or inventory control experience.
• Understanding of receiving, issuing, stock rotation and dispatch.
• Ability to maintain inventory ledgers, bin cards and stock records.
• Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets or inventory software.
• Strong numerical ability for counting and variance checking.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and document incoming materials and finished goods.
• Issue materials against requisitions and record stock movements.
• Maintain bin cards, registers, and digital records for receipts and dispatches.
• Organize stock with labeling, coding, and proper storage methods.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with audits and reconciliation.
• Monitor reorder levels and report discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and dispatch teams.
• Keep storage area clean, secure, and compliant with safety practices.
