Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule and supervise staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability while controlling costs.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and recognition.
• Create weekly staff schedules based on business needs and staff availability.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to develop menu items and specials.
