Job summary

CCMC invites applications for the part-time Community Ambassador role to welcome guests, residents and prospective buyers, provide tours, and share information about the master-planned community.

You'll work with a collaborative team, support events with the marketing team, handle front desk duties, and help maintain a welcoming, well-organized facility while upholding integrity, respect, service and community-focused values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, or 6 months with excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to design and implement programs and reports.
• Positive, outgoing personality; ability to work independently and in a team; strong conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Community Overview & Engagement: Serve as the first contact for guests, residents, and potential buyers, provide tours and share community information.
• Event Support: Assist the marketing team in planning and executing events for buyers, realtors, and residents.
• Administrative Duties: Manage front desk, emails, event registrations, and weekly sales/traffic reports; support marketing efforts.
• Daily Operations: Open/close facility per checklists; engage with residents and staff; coordinate with the Community Manager.
