Job summary

Abacus, Lahore, is seeking a Research Associate (RS) to join the Talent Analytics Team within Human Capital Solutions. You will gain hands-on experience on compensation & benefits projects for a wide range of local and multinational organizations.

The ideal candidate holds an MBA (HRM) or Masters in HR from an HEC-recognized university with majors in HR, about 1 year of HR experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• MBA (HRM) or Masters in HR from an HEC-recognized university.
• Around 1 year of experience in HR/Rewards/Payroll.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong Excel & PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation & benefits projects within Talent Analytics.
• Collaborate with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting for client engagements.
