Job summary

Abacus, a global professional services leader, seeks a Compensation & Benefits Consultant (Talent Analytics) in its Human Capital Solutions department. The ideal candidate holds an MBA/Master's with HR specialization and 2–3 years in compensation and benefits, rewards or payroll.

You will support benchmarking, analytics, and client-ready insights to guide compensation decisions. The role emphasizes data integrity, client interaction, and delivering high-quality analytics across multiple projects

Qualifications

MBA/Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university (HR preferred).
2–3 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Payroll, HR Analytics, or related HR functions.
Strong understanding of compensation concepts including salary structures and benchmarking.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large datasets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support compensation & benefits consulting and talent analytics for local and multinational clients.
Collect and manage employee compensation and benefits data per project requirements.
Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and reliability in analyses.
Perform data analysis to identify market trends and insights for benchmarking.
Contribute to market benchmarking and client-specific compensation recommendations.
Coordinate with clients on data, methodology, and project queries.
Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and client-ready insights.
Assist in developing compensation structures and salary benchmarks.
