Job summary

Abacus Global is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Officer for a contractual six-month assignment in Lahore, on-site. You will source, screen, and coordinate with candidates for technical and non-technical roles, managing end-to-end recruitment and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Night shift willingness is requested; there is potential to convert to full-time based on performance.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong skills in tech sourcing and candidate screening.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
