Job summary

Pixalate is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional technical programs from a remote location in Pakistan. You will drive end-to-end delivery across engineering, product, and business teams, shaping scope, metrics, roadmaps, and risk management while maintaining close executive alignment.

The role requires strong technical fluency, experience coordinating multiple teams, and proven stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in Adtech.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical background with ability to understand architecture and trade-offs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all organizational levels.
• Experience with agile methodologies; PMP/Scrum Master preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Define program scope, success metrics, and deliverables with senior leadership.
• Develop roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans while proactively managing dependencies and risks.
• Monitor progress and provide regular executive updates.
• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering leadership on technical approaches and architecture decisions.
• Establish program management frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Drive operational efficiency through data-driven decision making.
• Create and maintain program documentation.
• Mentor junior program managers and foster collaborative culture.
