Job summary

Tiksom Limited in Pakistan is seeking a highly capable Technical Project Manager to lead mobile and web projects from inception to delivery. You will own end-to-end execution, manage tasks on Jira, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain proactive client communication.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, at least 2 years of PM experience, strong Agile know-how, leadership, and the ability to drive data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field from a reputable university.
• Strong Jira skills for task planning and tracking.
• Excellent client management and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile and data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of mobile and web projects
• Coordinate tasks and timelines using Jira
• Act as main client contact and provide project updates
• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA engineers
• Plan resources and staffing for each phase
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect timelines
• Foster collaboration and productive team environment
• Monitor performance with regular reports to stakeholders
• Continuously improve PM processes and tools
