Job summary

Pixalate, a leader in fraud detection and privacy compliance for digital advertising, seeks a Technical Program Manager in Pakistan to lead cross‑functional engineering programs and drive high‑impact initiatives.

You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and governance, while mentoring junior program managers in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in Adtech.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical background with ability to understand architecture and trade-offs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all organizational levels.
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Define program scope, success metrics, and deliverables with senior leadership.
• Develop roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans while proactively managing dependencies and risks.
• Monitor progress and provide regular executive updates.
• Bridge communication between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
