Job summary

Pixalate, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Pakistan to lead cross-functional technical programs across our engineering organization. You will drive delivery of critical initiatives while aligning engineering, product, and business teams.

You will own end-to-end program delivery, manage stakeholders, shape technical strategy, and improve processes while mentoring junior managers and promoting a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in Adtech.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs across engineering teams.
• Strong technical background with ability to understand architecture decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication at all levels.
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern software practices.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Define program scope, success metrics, and deliverables with senior leadership.
• Develop roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans while proactively managing dependencies and risks.
• Monitor progress and provide regular executive updates.
• Serve as the central point of contact for program stakeholders across the organization.
• Build strong relationships with engineering teams, product managers, and business leaders.
• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage expectations and negotiate priorities when conflicts arise.
• Partner with engineering leadership on technical approaches and architecture decisions.
• Evaluate feasibility and trade-offs to inform program direction.
• Facilitate technical discussions and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Stay current with technology trends and best practices.
• Establish program management frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Drive operational efficiency through data-driven decision making.
• Create and maintain program documentation.
• Foster collaborative culture across distributed teams.
• Mentor junior program managers.
• Facilitate effective meetings and planning sessions.
