LumenSoft is seeking a Software Sales Executive in Pakistan to lead prospecting, consult with potential clients, and close software deals. This role is remote with day‑to‑day focus on prospecting, consultations, and sales follow‑up.

You will learn customer workflows, present tailored product demonstrations, and manage opportunities from initial contact through closing, while building lasting relationships with clients and meeting ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in software sales with target attainment.
• Ability to explain software features and business value clearly.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and basic forecasting.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective business customers through outreach and referrals.
• Learn customer workflows and recommend LumenSoft software products.
• Deliver presentations and demos tailored to customer needs.
• Manage opportunities from contact to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain records, updates, and forecasts in tracking tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and satisfaction.
• Share customer insights to improve messaging and positioning.
• Aim for sales targets while representing LumenSoft professionally.
