Job summary

taraki-search is looking for a remote Software Architect to join their client Rondah. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and debug issues across the tech stack while working closely with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities include owning technical operations, resolving support tickets, contributing improvements across the platform, and adapting to new technologies. Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience in startup environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working across multiple layers of the stack.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments.
• Experience supporting or maintaining production systems.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve technical support tickets.
• Investigate and debug issues across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Own issues end‑to‑end from investigation through resolution.
