Job summary

Rondah is seeking a Software Architect to lead design and implementation across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure in a remote US-based role. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to investigate issues, improve platform reliability, and own technical operations end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate has strong ownership, excellent debugging skills, and can quickly understand complex systems while driving architectural decisions

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience across multiple layers of the stack.
• Excellent debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex systems quickly.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
• Experience supporting or maintaining production systems.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve technical support tickets.
• Investigate and debug issues across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Build a strong understanding of the overall system architecture and workflows.
• Own issues end-to-end from investigation through resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and product quality.
• Contribute fixes, tooling improvements, automations, and operational enhancements.
• Monitor production systems and proactively identify issues; communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Adapt quickly to new systems, technologies, and workflows.
