Job summary

IT Impact Consulting is seeking a Mid-Senior Full-stack Engineer for a fully remote role based in Pakistan. You will own features end to end—from understanding user problems to shipping polished solutions—working alongside design and the founders.

This role emphasizes UX, quality, and outcomes as much as code. You should bring hands-on experience with Angular, NestJS and Postgres, a genuine product sense, and comfort with ambiguity at an early-stage startup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Angular, NestJS, and Postgres; strong full-stack capability.
• Experience shipping end-to-end user-facing products.
• Strong product sense focused on user needs.
• Bias to ship; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Eye for UX and quality.
• Bonus: design sense or health/startup experience.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end: scope, build, ship, measure, and iterate.
• Partner with design and founders to turn user problems into great products.
• Obsess over UX, quality, and details that make a sensitive product trustworthy.
• Use data and user feedback to decide what to build and what to cut.
• Help shape product direction, not just implement tickets.
