Job summary

WorkStaff360 is hiring a Solution Architect who will also lead the development team in Islamabad. You’ll propose end-to-end technical solutions and stay hands-on, writing and reviewing production code in React and Node.js while guiding a small team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, including time in a Solution Architect or technical leadership role
• Experience at a well-regarded Pakistani software house
• Continued hands-on development with React and Node.js
• Proven SaaS-style, multi-tenant or multi-client architecture experience
• Ability to own frontend and backend architecture decisions
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Propose end-to-end solution architecture for new projects and features across our portfolio
• Stay hands-on as lead developer, writing and reviewing production code in React and Node.js
• Lead and mentor a small development team, setting technical direction and quality standards
• Make calls on stack, tooling, and system design trade-offs and defend those decisions
• Collaborate with Technical Project Manager to scope, estimate, and sequence work across multiple projects
• Own code review standards and the team’s overall quality and reliability
• Take ownership beyond individual tickets to ensure delivery
