The ideal candidate has 2+ years in account management, strong Shopify/Upwork knowledge, and excellent communication skills for building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in account management, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Solid Shopify and Upwork knowledge with platform features.
• Experience creating and executing campaigns on these platforms.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients' Shopify and Upwork accounts.
• Build strong client relationships and tailor solutions.
• Optimize accounts to boost traffic, conversions, and sales.
