Job summary

Devop.One, a 100% remote company, is seeking a Senior Recruiter/Partner to lead world-class recruitment teams and grow our enterprise client base globally. You will craft hiring processes, source top talent, and guide clients through the end-to-end placement lifecycle.

You will manage recruiters, drive business development, and negotiate successful engagements. A flexible, remote-friendly freelance-style contract offers growth with unlimited bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner in staffing or recruitment consultancy.
• Track record of leading teams of senior recruiters and sourcers.
• Hunter mentality with history of bringing quality clients through business development.
• Excellent knowledge of market status, trends and best practices in recruiting.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Strong data-driven communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of recruiters and sourcers and help with Talent Acquisition.
• Develop business by bringing quality clients and expanding the client base.
• Partner with customers to understand strategic and hiring needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages per role requirements.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries.
• Guide and assist in negotiations through to closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
