AllShore Talent is expanding its recruiting team and seeks a Senior Recruiter with at least five years in staffing agencies and a track record delivering for U.S. clients across international markets.

You’ll own proactive sourcing, build pipelines, manage multiple requisitions, and collaborate with clients and sister agencies. The role is full-time, remote from Pakistan, with a schedule aligned to U.S. Central Time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in staffing or recruitment agencies.
• Strong technical recruiting, particularly for software engineers.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience working with U.S. clients or hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Recruiting: manage recruitment from requirement clarification through screening, submissions, and interview coordination.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and talent communities.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines across Pakistan and international markets including the U.S., LATAM, EMEA, India, and the Philippines.
• Assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, motivation, and fit for client requirements.
• Use ATS and AI-assisted workflows to keep recruitment organized and efficient.
• Prepare clear, accurate candidate submissions explaining strengths and fit.
• Support client intake discussions and gather feedback throughout each search.
• Manage multiple active requisitions with priorities and progress tracking.
• Share proactive updates on pipeline progress, sourcing challenges, and next steps.
