Job summary

Frontline Data Solutions is seeking a QA Testing & Client Support Specialist to validate bug fixes and new features across the product lifecycle. You will perform both manual and automated QA, focusing on Playwright automation, and support enterprise customers with technical issues.

The role requires 3+ years in client support for technical products, strong testing skills, and experience with Azure DevOps. You will contribute to documentation and help ensure a high-quality, user-friendly product

Qualifications

3+ years of experience providing client support for a technical product in enterprise software environments.
Strong experience writing manual and automated test cases with Playwright.
Background supporting enterprise software and diagnosing technical issues for customers.

Responsibilities

Validate bug fixes and new feature releases across the product lifecycle.
Perform QA testing on bug fixes and feature releases, using manual and automated approaches.
Write, maintain, and execute test cases with emphasis on Playwright-based automation.
Document QA findings and communicate with developers to aid issue resolution.
