Job description

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Analyst - Automation to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards through robust automated testing frameworks and thorough analysis. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, improve QA processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright to validate functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the product
• Develop, document, and execute test plans and test strategies covering unit, integration, e2e, regression, and performance testing
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution and results
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work with developers to drive them to resolution
• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to uphold quality assurance standards
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure smooth project progression
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tooling, and automation coverage to enhance product quality and testing efficiency
• Investigate customer-reported issues and production defects, and support root cause analysis
• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Playwright is required
• Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated tests
• Solid experience automating test cases across unit, e2e, integration, and performance testing
• Working knowledge of software applications, hardware, and networks
• Ability to think in the abstract and connect small details to the bigger picture
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA/software testing, with a strong focus on automation

Qualifications
