Job summary

Frontline Data Solutions is seeking a QA Testing & Client Support Specialist with hands-on experience in software testing and customer-facing technical support. You will validate bug fixes and feature releases, execute QA processes, and support enterprise customers with technical issues.

You will own writing and running manual and automated tests (Playwright), document findings, and collaborate with engineers to improve release quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing enterprise software support.
• Hands-on QA with manual and automated testing using Playwright.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject-matter expert across web-based SaaS products.
• Validate bug fixes and feature releases through QA processes.
• Write, maintain, and execute manual and automated tests (Playwright).
• Document QA findings clearly for developers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to existing customers via phone and email.
• Maintain and update help content and user documentation.
