AAM Living is seeking a proactive Property Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end workflows for U.S. residential properties, supporting a 400+ unit portfolio.

You will coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, maintenance staff, residents, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks. Qualifications

• Previous experience in U.S. residential property management, leasing, or property operations.
• Strong ownership, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Good spoken and written English, with confidence communicating over calls.
• Comfortable using property management software and other digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio of 400+ units.

Responsibilities

• Manage property management workflows from applications and leasing through move-ins, resident services, renewals, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, maintenance staff, residents, and vendors to resolve operational issues.
• Track outstanding tasks, follow up on delays, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in property management systems.
• Follow established procedures and identify opportunities to improve workflows and turnaround times.
• Manage competing priorities across a high-volume portfolio while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
• Communicate clearly with U.S.-based teams through calls, emails, and internal systems.
• Take initiative, ask questions, and learn processes to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement.
