Qualifications

• 2+ years of D2C/e-commerce video editing experience.
• Portfolio of high-performing paid social ads for ecommerce brands.
• Proven health/wellness brand editing experience.
• Experience with AI video tools and talking-head enhancements.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and Media Encoder; basic After Effects.
• Strong eye for pacing, color correction, and audio mix.
• Excellent English communication; comfortable remote work.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form paid social video ads.
• Iterate on creatives using performance insights.
• Apply hooks, pacing, clarity, and CTAs.
• Collaborate asynchronously with Creative Strategists and Growth teams.
• Maintain high-volume output with consistent quality.
