Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of video editing in fast-paced environments (agency, DTC, or E‑Commerce).
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video assets across social media, paid ads, websites, and campaigns.
• Craft compelling narratives with hooks, pacing, and platform-optimized storytelling.
• Transform UGC, influencer content, and brand footage into polished, performance-driven deliverables.
• Integrate motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design to elevate content quality.
• Convert long-form content into short-form formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align with brand/campaign goals.
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times while maintaining brand standards.
• Analyze creative performance and iterate using data and learnings.
