Job summary

Noxlumyn LLC is seeking a Performance Marketer to own and optimize our paid acquisition engine. You will drive campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, while continuously testing new creative concepts and messaging angles to improve performance.

The role requires thinking like a creative strategist and performance operator, owning outcomes in a startup environment, with an emphasis on data-driven decisions and collaboration with the design team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).
• Experience running Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience handling paid campaigns targeting the US market with spend of $50k+ per month.
• Proven track record owning campaign performance, not just execution.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (primary channel).
• Monitor performance daily; adjust budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Track CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC; identify trends and optimize accordingly.
• Develop and execute a structured creative testing pipeline; generate new ad concepts and copy.
• Collaborate with design to produce creatives and briefs aligned to campaigns.
• Analyze campaigns and share insights; maintain reports and documentation.
