Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cold calling, inside sales, and B2B outreach.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Norwegian language skills are a strong advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach tools such as Dripify is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls, primarily targeting Norway (with potential expansion).
• Book qualified meetings for Sperton’s CEO.
• Lead appointment setting initiatives and coordinate with team members.
• Collaborate with a team of digital marketing experts.
• Conduct outreach via phone and LinkedIn, using structured campaigns.
• Reach decision-makers across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and more.
• Personalize outreach using phone, LinkedIn, email, and other tools.
• Keep CRM data updated and track outreach results.
