Job summary

Navigatorhr is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to lead our B2B outbound prospecting and client engagement in a remote setup. This client-facing role requires fluent, clear spoken English and entails generating, qualifying leads, and booking meetings across multi-channel outreach.

You will speak directly with clients, craft compelling messages, and continuously optimize outreach based on response data.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales development experience with booked meetings and pipeline.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator.
• Cold email outreach including sequences and deliverability.
• Cold DMs / social selling experience.
• Excellent spoken English with clear accent for client conversations.
• Strong written English for professional outreach messaging.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run B2B outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and DMs.
• Build and manage prospect lists and outreach sequences.
• Write and test sales copy including subject lines and follow-ups.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings.
• Speak directly with clients and prospects during calls.
• Track outreach performance and iterate on messaging.
