Job summary

iSpeedToLead is seeking an Outbound Calling Officer to proactively contact real estate leads and convert conversations into opportunities. You will maintain high-volume activity with disciplined qualification, accurate CRM notes, and timely follow-ups.

The role emphasizes a 300 outbound call target per day, US-market scripts, and remote-first work. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in outbound calling and strong communication skills for real estate leads.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, customer service, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Neutral US accent and confident, professional phone communication with US-based leads.
• Experience in real estate, property acquisition, brokerage, mortgage, or investor lead generation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 300 outbound call attempts per working day using the approved dialer, CRM, and lead lists.
• Contact prospective buyers, sellers, property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and other assigned real estate leads.
• Use approved scripts and talk tracks while maintaining a natural, professional conversation style.
