Qualifications

• 1–3 years in cold calling, telemarketing, or real estate sales (Dubai market exposure preferred).
• Excellent English communication, written & verbal.
• Strong persuasive speaking and active listening skills.
• Comfortable engaging prospects across different countries and cultures.
• Ability to work independently and hit targets.

We're looking for a persuasive and resilient Cold Calling Specialist to reach out to prospects interested in Dubai real estate across different international markets, qualify their interest, and set up appointments for our sales team.

What You'll Do

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to leads interested in Dubai real estate investment
• Reach out to prospects across different target countries/regions
• Research and identify potential investors/buyers before reaching out
• Introduce Dubai real estate projects and generate interest using tailored pitches
• Qualify leads based on budget, intent, and investment interest through effective questioning
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Schedule appointments/discovery calls for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or real estate sales (international/Dubai market exposure preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills, written & verbal is a must
• Strong persuasive speaking ability and active listening skills
• Comfortable engaging prospects across different countries/cultures
• Persistence and ability to handle rejection gracefully
• Comfortable working with call scripts and objection-handling techniques
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and consistently hit targets
