Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in call support (inbound handling)
• Clear, professional English accent suitable for US clients
• Strong listening and conversation-management skills
• Able to multitask, type quickly and accurately, and work independently
• Must have a reliable laptop/desktop, high-speed internet, and be willing to commit to 1–2 years
• Outbound calling experience and exposure to US or international customers is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Place outbound calls for follow-ups and service inquiries.
• Communicate with US clients about services, pricing, orders, and concerns.
• Resolve queries and complaints while upholding service standards.
• Maintain accurate call logs, customer records, and follow-up details.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer issues.
• Follow company communication guidelines and service policies.
