Job summary

Markesta is a digital marketing partner for real estate clients, offering hands-on Meta Ads work from day one. You'll execute campaigns, monitor performance, and contribute to audience research and creative testing under guidance from a Senior Meta Ads Manager.

Months 1-3 pay PKR 10,000/month; Months 4-6 pay PKR 20,000/month. Complete training to become a permanent Meta Ads Manager from Month 7 at PKR 40,000/month. Remote work from Pakistan with a clear path to growth.

Qualifications

• Graphic design and video editing skills are a must.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Meta Ads Manager in setting up, launching, and monitoring Facebook and Instagram campaigns for real estate clients, hands-on inside Ads Manager from the start
• Track daily campaign performance metrics: spend, reach, impressions, link clicks, leads generated, and cost per lead, and flag any significant changes or anomalies to your senior before they become issues
• Support audience research: help identify and document interest-based, behavioural, and location-based targeting approaches for each client's property type and buyer profile
• Assist in creative testing: document what creatives are being tested, record performance results, and maintain a clear log of what works and what doesn't across all accounts
• Prepare weekly performance summaries for each assigned account, clear, accurate, and formatted as directed by your senior
• Design basic ad creatives using graphic design tools: static posts, carousel formats, and story assets aligned with each client's brand and campaign brief
• Perform basic video editing tasks for ad creatives: trimming footage, formatting for social media dimensions, adding subtitles or text overlays
• Attend all internal training sessions, take detailed notes, and apply what you learn directly to live accounts, your rate of improvement is your responsibility
• Take on more independent ownership as your skills develop, the expectation is that you grow fast, ask smart questions, and need less guidance every month
