Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8-10 years post-qualification experience in banking and finance law with Islamic products.
• Experience drafting Islamic documentation and templates.
• Strong drafting and research skills; ability to work under Senior Legal Counsel.

• Draft and review standard Islamic banking documentation, including Murabaha, Ijarah, Wakala and related facilities.
• Provide day-to-day Islamic legal support to business teams and escalate high-risk matters.
• Update and amend documents due to Shariah-driven changes and AAOIFI standards.

• Develop and maintain Islamic legal precedent bank, templates, clause library and position papers.
• Maintain matter trackers and documentation logs for Islamic legal work.
